I took this photo in the summer of 2022 — a single frame that captures the essence of a life shaped by continuous motion. For five decades, I returned to this place. As a child, I learned to windsurf. As a teenager, I explored freedom. As an adult, I sought clarity amidst movement.
Torbole — with its restless winds and wide-open lake — was never just a holiday destination. It was a mirror to my inner world: shifting, searching, alive.
The motion stands for transformation — sometimes chaotic, often beautiful, always honest. And then came this moment: stillness in the blur. One breath. One photograph. Clarity. I am no longer only in motion. I am arriving. Not at a place, but within myself.
