Terms of Engagement

1. How I Work

I work as an independent consultant. I am not an employee, shareholder, or legal partner of any client or project team. I invoice the commissioning party directly for my services. My work is advisory. It does not replace professional assessments in regulated fields.

2. Intellectual Property

My methodology, databases and tools are my property. Clients and partners receive results, not access to methods or systems.

3. Compensation

Compensation is agreed per engagement. Every engagement is compensated. I do not work on spec or in advance without written agreement. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Deliverables may only be used after payment in full.

4. Engagements

Each engagement is agreed separately. Scope, deliverables and compensation are defined in writing per project. If scope or compensation become unclear during an engagement, work pauses until clarified in writing.

5. Confidentiality

I treat project content and client data as confidential. I expect the same from my clients and project partners.

6. No Exclusivity

I do not work exclusively for any single client or project.

7. Termination

I can end any collaboration at any time. Running milestones will be completed or handed over in an orderly manner.
